As a project manager, you work autonomously on projects entrusted to you by the company director. Assignments focus on MEP and architectural coordination during the construction phase. Design-stage MEP pre-coordination may also be part of your role depending on the needs of the project. Processes are handled in 2D or 3D according to the client’s request.
Depending on the scale of the project, you may work with one or more design draughtspersons or BIM modellers. You may also join a coordination unit with several engineers led by a unit manager. Projects are varied and cover many sectors: buildings, hospitals, commercial, civil engineering.
On BIM processes where BIMIK has a general assignment, you work with one of our BIM Managers. Depending on your interest, BIM Management assignments can become an area of diversification.
In addition, you are able to produce 3D models, either as part of one of your assignments or depending on the engineering office’s workload.
You must have knowledge of MEP and structure modules and of coordination in both 2D and 3D.
