3D SCANNING

Survey existing structures or those under construction on site to obtain a usable point cloud for creating a 3D model. With qualified surveyors in our team, we guarantee a high level of scan quality. This approach covers 3 areas:

• Making input data reliable for renovation / refurbishment projects
• As-built tracking as the works progress, especially for all concealed technical installations.
• Surveys after the structure is built to adjust the model according to construction tolerances. This third area is used for architectural coordination. It allows finishes to be correlated with the structure to produce the fabrication drawings needed to install high-end materials.
