City Information Modeling

Building on a long-standing collaboration with developers such as SOLEAM, we bring BIM to the scale of the city through CIM Management assignments.

Creating a mixed development zone (ZAC), regenerating a neighbourhood, rethinking the place of soft mobility in the city: these are the themes on which we offer our services.

We set up and manage the CIM process by handling compilations and structuring the information contained in the model, coordinating networks and levels between public spaces and building plots, creating communication materials for public consultations, etc.
