TECNIK — Our services

SITE ORGANISATION ADVISORY

Site organisation advisory aims to support the client in the preparation, coordination and operational follow-up of its project, from the design phase to the acceptance of the works.

Our role is to structure all the works so as to guarantee that deadlines, budget and technical requirements are met. We ensure that the various stakeholders (project manager, contractors, engineering firms, health & safety coordinators, suppliers) work together smoothly, with clear communication and a clear organisational framework.

Our services include

  • Analysis of technical, regulatory and logistical constraints
  • Preparing the provisional schedule and monitoring it
  • Coordination of stakeholders and interfaces
  • Organising site meetings and writing the minutes
  • Monitoring progress on site and anticipating bottlenecks
  • Assistance with administrative and contractual management
  • Support during acceptance procedures

Our commitment

We bring an overall, structured view of the project, with particular attention to optimising flows, safety, quality of execution and risk management.

Site organisation advisory allows the client to secure its project, gain peace of mind and benefit from rigorous management throughout the works.
